但既然admin同某的kai人要將LYK凈化﹐跟住去用論壇既rules去ban人
過往有好多人被人ban左﹐跟住走埋
o甘就要公平o的﹐而家AUSTIN 唔係係論壇爆粗﹐而係用粗口PM 去鬧其他members,
呢的行為係咪更加不容許?

she opens another account to come LYK again is another story, but if admin apply the rules to some, he should apply the rules to all

The rule clearly stated "老友記會員不能上傳擁有惡言之任何形式之內容到老友記討論區"

That depends on why you get yelled at.  If you were insulting people, you should expect insult back regardless where it came from.

I guess it's not giving up for fear.  It's giving up for money.  While under the threat of a lawsuit.  I guess that makes it much better.

Honestly I think Admin should just lock this thread.  This is a possibly legal matter for which Admin and the other member in question are possibly liable: it's unfair for other members to start digging about any issue other than the legal problem, like who posted the material and what it contained.  There's a broad consensus (except the above comment) that Admin should not hand over any information unless there is a Canadian legal request to do so: I doubt there's much more help that's going to come by keeping this thread alive.

locking thread easily is one of the reason why LYK traffic is low
if any member here said anything break the laws, AND IF THE COURT REQUESTED WITH THE LEGAL PROCESS, admin can hand that member's info to court. LYK will not have any problem if admin obey the court and the law
