好多Canadian都係得物業﹐RRSP同insurance。

RRSP都算係investment﹐都算係diversify。

Liquid asset呢家嘢﹐若然你有兩層樓﹐line of credit有可難? 有咩風吹草動要用錢都應該唔成問題。再唔係最多賣樓姐。

    100k down payment is only 28% around for a 350000 apartment which is not alot.
well im saving cash at the same time for other investments, maybe mutual fund bababa..

    100-200k is not huge amount of money i think most ppl should have the cash for it.

    i know some ppl would invest their liquid asset into 賭場, but i believe invest 係樓係值既。
