I have to use mini blog to keep in touch with people in China,
they block  the  Facebook , Googles, Youtube and Twitter.
That's what I call coward.
During Confucius time, they advocated "There is no need to
shut off the voice from citizen"  what are the CCP doing now?
Well, the amigos are not really interested in debating, what they really
want is to grab any opportunity to glorify  the CCP and  assault  anyone
in their way.

I use the mini blog only for dealing with the
Chinese Culinary Association and the ministries of
Education, Labour and Tourism in China.
No politics involved , I  do not want to get banned.
Too bad  my colleagues in China cannot communicate
with me through Twitter and Facebook.
I offer Master Classes for the Hotel chefs from China

I got hundreds of email, fax from the Chinese counterpart when I organized the
master classes for visiting chinese chefs in 2006-2007.
From the Prez and Board of Directors of the Chinese Chefs Association and its affiliates,

That's why I usually skip his post.

I was born in China, fled to HongKong to survive from famine,
I  emigrated to Canada for the wellbeing for my siblings.
However, I did not change my Chinese name on my Citizenship
Certificate, Driver's License, Carecard and Canadian Passport.
I'm a proud Chinese Canadian and I serve Chinese community,
both officially and volunteering; and I advocate Chinese culture.
