You moron, they can hook any phone any time. This is the way US/Canada deal with potential terrorists. If you do not know the details, just STFU.

Clearly, Lik does not care about the safety of the Chinese people, especially after the recent Xinjiang riots. I would speculate that all you do is monitor the internet for your British masters and wait for chances to spread your anti-China rhetoric.

It looks like very strict in China, but even the US/Canada government can hook any phone calls any time.  In Washington DC, even today, any planes taking off from the airport need to turn to the cor ...
