好多人都會覺得唔係食好多就OK。但係你諗一下﹐琴日食個火腿通﹐今日食個sausage pasta﹐聽日食個臘腸飯。聽落去好似係間唔中食﹐但係加加埋埋就食好多致癌食品。

同埋好多呢D防腐濟係唔輕易被身體排出﹐即係話某程度上會喺身體積聚。當然你真係偶然食一兩次﹐個身體係絕對有能力去分解﹐排毒。但係一日到晚食好多呢D高危食物﹐又食埋其他"口粒濕"(咩齋滷味﹐鹹濕嘢)其實真係有機會積積埋埋好多嘢。

我呢d 窮等人家, 細個既時候都不知食幾多呢d 咁既野, 體內應該儲儲埋埋都唔少防腐劑, 我諗佢地已經成為左我身體既一部分了!

Ham, sausage pasta and chinese sausage on 3 consecutive days is not moderation, no? That's why you have to read labels and only eat them once a week la.
