vietnam is small people according to the pictures and poland is just regular people country?  That's my understanding of it.

maybe generally speaking, vietnamese are smaller?  I worked with group of Vietnamese people, and most of they and their families are little shorter than me and I am not tall....

Vietnamese generally have a small frame, I know a few Vietnamese girls, about 5' -5'1 tall but
very well-proportioned, just shrinked  2 sizes
