sometimes you just oppose to lik not to the matter itself....
To this matter, the event itself said it clearly already, it's east asian games so it is only to have few countries.
To say it success or not, peter you are not in Hong Kong now so you do not know the real effect that might have on people there. Just like the coming Olympics. Maybe only us know the effect that will have on us afterward thus call it success or not.
