No, you download it, then file it through netfile online.  真的免費, yes.

The tax optimization is weak though, but for ppl with simple tax to file, it's fine.

studio tax has a professional version which they sell for money and is for tax preparer.

Like ACC-HE said, studio tax does not have good optimization and some more expensive one can get you more return if your return is complicated.

ic... firefox is good? is it just another browser like IE? what so good about it? I downloaded it but haven't used it for a while... how about linux? sorry for my ignorance

linux is another operating system like windows but it's open sourced so people know what's going on in the systems.

good thing about open sourced is that many people can contribute to develop.
