Our friend owns a siphon coffee shop in HK. It's called Xen cafe. They've been in the news, magazines, and Moses Chan's coffee book. I have to say it's quite a difference! Way better than any coffee shops I've ever tasted!
I almost bought the siphon coffee (Haro glass) machine from Richmond around x'mas time... Just that I'm not keen on lighting a "fire" at my house some how....
Today I went to Nespresso boutique again... sigh...I guess I'm more sold to the machine now..just a matter of deciding which model to get and try to look for better price.
In genaral, Nespresso coffee is better then Siphon coffee etc .. of course, depends what kind of beans, for some reason, not many beans work well with those Sipho system, I found same bean, from Saeco coffee maker, taste better ..
However, siphon works better with blue mountain .. but I won't grind blue mountain all the time .. they are pricey! (I don't really like to grind coffee bean anymore .. just a lazy father .. )
Anyway, I still strongly suggest Nespresso, as you know you are every good coffee .. every cup, every time, and $70-80 cent isn't bad .. ( or $1.4-1.5 for double shot )

Which coffee pod you like? Wanna share? I"m thinking which one to order...
And the "milk machine"... how come the milk overflows... Did I use it wrong but I already pour milk under the line.. >_<
