Yes, they were good when they're new. Maybe the chef has been changed (or keep changing), food isn't good for some time already la.

Maybe all the good chefs were hired to Shanghai.

I  agree with you on this, apparently the best Char Chan Tang is
in Shanghai, very decent. The CCT in Metro Vancouver, no thanks

There aren't enough demand in Richmond to support high class 港式西餐.
Because if one wants high class might go to real high class 西餐 instead, which is everywhere.

The majority of people in Richmond look for less than $15 per dinner for 港式西餐, ALSO was supposed to be good, but they weren't busy and they went down hill.  I went twice I think.  The price was not expensive, but people still didn't go.  Then they did not much customers, so their food quality went down too.

Haha... i agree. Of course Silver Tower is not high class of any kind, but consider it's price, what I get is reasonable lor.

Silver Tower.... tried once, late night.. ya, it is like... one of the most heartless ones u can find.. but ya, rather go to a cheap one with crappy food than expensive ones with similar crappy food.
