Been to previous dineouts but disappointed or feel over-rated. Maybe coz of my high expectations gwa. We feel the food were "chou jai nam jo". I think it makes a difference in quality when so many of the same things were served. I'd rather go for a place not during dine-out period. Here are a couple of my most memorable ones though...

Most impressed was Mosaic
Ok~ I tried Carver last nite~ the steak is Gooood~! the oyster is a bit salty~ the short rib tastes like beef brisket lol but the best part is still the steak~! the service is slow but overall is good

The steak is really goooood. Personally I think it's better than CHOP. The oysters actually not too bad.. but I guess they put some sea salt on top? those salt are just tooo salty for me =P ~ Very FULL after dinner..so I really recommend u to go go ne~!

I just know SIP wasn't so good, tried last year. C was only ok. Nu was so-so either. Parkside was quite good -> now is called alta buca?? Provence marinaside was only so-so as well and that was several yrs back so not sure if it has changed.
last year's:
five sails: good desserts, but nothing special with the main courses
c restaurant: poooor service; they even poured a whole glass of water on my lap.
william tell: bad menu selections
raincity: great appetizers but disappointing mains
goldfish pacific kitchen: nothing catchy...
