This is Canada. It isn't like you're in lawless China.

If the shop staff is not willing to approach the person, you can just go up to her and ask her not to smoke. Whether she complies is a separate matter.

    Heard she's working in cambie branch RCMP office as payroll dept. She's wearing casual , I believe she don't need any uniform at all.

We did a lot if times already. Yup they go out smoke right away. But they come smoke again and gave us mean look whenever they pass by our table.

The coffee shop have few table outside with no smoking sign on the window.

We didn't sit inside cuz of a lot of people study inside, Its 24 hour shop.

    Cuz if she always with whole bunch rich guys. They talk so loud, everybody can hear their voice, especially whenever she talk about RCMP stuff

    My Friends go there more often than I do. Cuz I almost go to emergency last time, cuz few of people smoke cigar and 水煙there. I couldn't breath and I can feel their smoke in my mouth. My heart beat so fast. I need to go inside have a warm water to relaxe. After that day, I didn't go there at least a month.

They all so mean, always 吹啲煙去他人. Smell aweful.

    She got hired since Olympic. Cuz we heard her friends keep complainting those  RCMP keep phoning them and going to their work places  for refernces
