How about the tycoons in Canada, India, Russia. Mexico, and Europe? Are they donating half their money?

My comment was a direct reply to your post, and it is supposed to mean that I don't give a damn even if I make less than 1% of what those ultra rich tycoons make because at the end of the day, life is so much more than just having money. The tycoons in HK can't go out without their bodyguards forming a 五筒 formation around them. I question the kinds and sincerity of relationships they have with their family and friends. My "Life is so much more than just $$$" comment is not really related to the reasoning behind donations.

我觉得哪怕肯捐一半身家的富豪，有很多都是为了出名，为了带来更多的生意，如果答应死后捐身家的10%，而这则新闻对自己的生意增长多于捐出去的，无坏。等于用承诺买一个投资，而且，死了之后虽然财富可以传给后代，不过其实人死了后咩都无意义了，钱也带不走。

不如现在承诺捐出部分身家，一来可以声明大振，二来可以激励后代不要靠老豆。一举两得，反正捐也是死了后的事。。赚钱是生前的事，why not?

d生意人最o力就系maximize profit，边有善心可言架，以前未做生意时d人叫我捐钱扶贫我都稍为捐几蚊，而加我都识直接say no啦
