大学生多系因为好多学校可以又大专变成大学，专科变成本科， 这个是数字游戏

同投放更多资源落去教育一样，没有监管的制度大部分的钱都被所为的教育界人士拿去中饱私囊

就我以前就读的广州市第12中学甘，校长到处都有物业，一个小小体育老师就有六七处物业，你话D钱边到来的？ 没错啊，你系加大投入教育，只不过受惠的都是贪婪的官员，学校一样叫穷，一样照样收赞助费， 细路知道什么叫赞助费吗？ 唔识的话，我可以教下你的

（１）        他們是一群外面披著民主外套而裏面卻是反民主的狼。

hey moron~~, you certainly know that Canada and many western countries have much higher tax rates than in China or Hong Kong.
China does not even have capital gains tax and property tax. Perhaps you have not been to China in 30 years, that is why you are ignorant about Chinese affairs.

The top Chinese artists, like Lang Lang and Yundi Li, immigrated to Hong Kong because the Hong Kong passport allows them to have visa free access to many others countries, therefore they found it more convenient. It has nothing to do with Chinese taxes.

I know lots of Chinese returnees, all with PhD degrees and other professional degrees, going back to China setting up their own hightech companies.

Just want to correct you. His BCIT experience is 20 years ago and some leisure courses.
