too much to 後悔 in our lives sigh....only if time can go back....anyone or maybe most people at least said or think of that phase at least once?

No, I don't regret and I don't like to regret. I know that once the decision is made, it's made so it's no room for regret. In a way, just be responsible for the decision.

Just hope for those who couldn't let things go would share here and so we can help them out.
