nobody uses your kijiji in the states while Groupon has half a million visitors in each city.

I agree that Groupon is just a passing fad, but your argument is just a joke.

就算 美国人不用kijiji，迟早一样会有第二个更大的交易网站用了groupon这个点子

I personally think the benefit of giving out those coupons is not worth the cost, but then it really depends on the nature of the business

不喜欢groupon
主要原因是因为它名字太难听
不喜欢twitter
因为觉得它抽了facebook一个环节出来一样

groupon和twitter的共同之处是他们都只是该领域的  一个环节，communicate, social network 肯定不能只有twitter那一个环节，同样，消费和购物中，save只是一个环节
他们的不同之处是，twitter是抄袭facebook但是groupon的idea应该是被人抄袭了

不过如果几年之后groupon和twitter都消失了，就可以证明这种环节式的idea是成不了大戏的

Kijiji is owned by eBay anyway.
They can just buy off groupon if they want to.
