Uniformed Gung On were standing right there watching the "strata people" hit, kick, and slap the reporters without doing anything. Even when the reporters complained to the Gung On, they didn't do anything.

居委会属于共产党的组织一部分，因为他们部分职责负责为共产党收取党员的党费

他们属于街道办事处就好似明朝的锦衣卫，苏联的KGB甘，专门报串，做金手指，收集民情，这些人俗称，街八，没错就是八婆个八。由于屎唔臭都管他事所以就叫做街八。 千万唔好同strata council 混淆，甘样太过侮辱strata council 啦

这些人所做的事都是经过共产党和公安默认同意的
