Officially, Telus has an usage limit. However, I just check my account, my past monthly usage are all zero. Looks like they are not tracking...for now.
personal experience, I was with Shaw for about 2 years and my monthly usage was around 80 to 100G/month and they send me a warning letter. switched to Telus 2 years ago, doing the same kind of traffic and no warning and increase bills so far.
