The hospice only has 15 beds.  Surely there are more than 15 people die at VGH each day. I don't see the houses around VGH affected by ghost.

本地加拿大人，穷到燶啊， 买条毛吗

Well, Vancouver has been thru many of these real estate cycles.  People said the same thing when Hong kong people came in the 80's, then the Filipino, the Taiwanese and now the Mainlander.   I'm sure the mainlander stop buying there will be others to fill in.

good luck to find one in canada.
there is a hospice close to my house, two minutes walk.  it just looks like another house/community center, you won't notice it when you walk by.  
don't say anything about chinese tradition or bababa...  those people are just selfish

    问题系，个班西区的人买楼的时候已经炒到鬼死甘高，放出来，要卖返甘的价钱只有中国大陆来的老趁先会要，本地人根本没可能出得起这个价钱。

大陆来的老趁介意风水问题，唔买，D楼价米跌咯
