$16-25 is normal:  Janitors, porters, meat cutters,
bakers, mail-sorters, librarians, sailors, street workers
are the on the lower side.
Most jobs, i.e. Starbxxk  Barista at UBC area $16.75 per hour
plus free coffee.
So it is how you justify higher pay job.
