如果如你所講,測試期已經比一般國際標準測試期長嘅話,咁今次呢呢個5日壞4次嘅事故就只有以下嘅幾個可能性:

1)試來試去都都試唔掂,無法修正好核心問題所在(或者根本唔知道問題核心所在),但實在測試期已經拖得太耐,所以唔即使實際上未 ready,但係都要焗住去馬。

2)測試期長,但成個 test plan 根本就 plan 得唔好。可能係 stress test planning 太過低估人流同系統負荷,又或者係個 test plan 嚴重忽略咗某啲重要位。所以就算個 test plan passed in flying colours,一到實戰嘅時候就立即奶晒野。

3)測試期長,但其實試來試去成個測試程序都係做得哪西,亦即係 test plan execute 得唔好。

4)有問題又好,無問題又好,個個監工、督工早就收晒片,一早 sign off 晒啲 audit 野。測試期拖長啲仲可以 cap 多啲水。

幾個可能性,講來講去都係人為嘅嚴重錯誤。唔好又賴天災、又賴地硬、又賴磨合未完美喇~
