I tired Japadong couple times in DT. I would say it is all right and I am not a super fan of hot dog anyways.

But I am a fan of HK style 牛雜和魚蛋。

Japadog is meant to be a street snacks. In Richmond, I prefer something dine in.

CP 大哥,
幾年前都開左個會關於Chinese hot dog, 初步構思係用臘腸, 潤腸, 臘肉, 紅腸做餡...而 topping係雪菜, 梅菜, 炸菜...醬油方面當然有陳年老抽同壕油啦。
最後 Peter 仔都係無去馬, 如果Peter 仔當年踏出第一步, 現在討論的將會是ChinaDog, 而唔係JapaDog 囉。
