ICBC on the other hand will lose quite a bit of money in this stupid thing already....I think ICBC should track down this guy instead of the police lor...LOL

It's easy for this guy to keep on doing this without getting caught..the damage would be huge...and the police will still do nothing?  Like Kira in HK?  LOL  challenging the police force with success?

wow. you must live near me... about to go to work this morning and what do i see.... my car all keyed up... all four doors too... then i looked around and all the other cars and keyed up too... wasn't only my street... when i was driving, i saw more cars on the next street keyed up too

my car got keyed too this morning.. I live around 29th and rupert.
I am not gonna bother to fix this until later. Don't want to fit it now and then got keyed again the next day.. for those who hasn't been keyed.. maybe you should get a fake scratch on the door.. use some white pen or smthing .. make a fake scratch ..

Being run by a bunch of _ _ _less people ICBC will just take the lazy way of jacking up premium to cover whatever lost they said they are having.  

Sigh.. it is so sad to see public security is screwed to this point.  It is actually nothing better than those undeveloped cities, while we are paying a fortune to just survive in this so-called "the best place on earth."  chi sin!
