What is your real reason for selling though?  When u sell u still need a place to live, going to rent?
Or move far away. Everytime u sell and buy u lose a big chunk of $$ too.

Cash out now could be an option.  But what about later will u ever be able to come back the market again.

Last 4 yrs the market had been spiralling like rocket.  Once off the band wagon one can never get on again.

But with the stoopid sub prime melt down will we see more hard times to come?
The US housing had been grinding halt now. Only thing that keeps going up are steel and oil. Because Our Mother country China & India having voracious appetite in eat steel and drink Texas crude for breakfast like no tomollo.
Is a very tough call, especially it can affect your retirement greatly.
The most important part is cash flow, as long as its coming in u have less to worry.

i know the market isn't that good now..but i'm guessing there's still a market for yaletown apartments?
