From what I remembered from this news before, this guy does not want any child because if he has kids, it will reduce his chance of getting the estate of his rich father...as the estate will be split with his children.
It looks like 恒豐 is involved in hotels and shopping malls business. But since 恒豐 is not a publicly listed company, the total amount of their wealth is just an estimation. Regardless, the amount of their wealth is staggering.
