I usually shower in the morning, but that's after i go to the gym. On resting days, I tend to shower around 4ish... I don't really fall into those categories. hehe.

There would be another interesting question though. Do people usually shower/bath before or after "doing", or both, or none?

cus i like to go to bed clean. after a long day of work, it's relaxing to shower at night. if shower in the morning, then you need to wake up extra early, so ma-fan. besides, if shower in morning, but not at night, how can you stand being dirty in bed? to cultivate germs & bacteria meh~

I took at least two showers per day while I was in Malaysia, one in the morning and one at night.  You have to take shower before you go to sleep or you will be sweating.
