Those 小籠包 from Taiwan companies are not authentic.
小籠包 are originally from the regions near Shanghai. Those from Taiwanese companies or chefs are fake.
I would prefer 小籠包 made by Shanghai chefs.

We don't really like the one in Bellevue. We tried the one in Hong Kong and they were not as impressive either. And they are expensive!

We like our local restaurants here better.

I think the fake one in Toronto is still there, and for sure better (food taste, not talking profit) then the one in Bellevue...

For taste, the one in LA is better then Bellevue too ..  but the Bellevue one is nicer layout and bigger ..
