中國國家能源局在4月28日刊登在其官方網站上的一份報告中說，“海洋石油981”深海鑽機將用來鑽取荔灣6-1-1井，水深1500米，設計井深2371米。荔灣6-1-1井計劃在56.5天內完鑽。

It looks like CNOOC is drilling at Liwan.
