and benefit should start 3 calendar months AFTER the 1st month (1st mth doesnt count into the 3 months)

maybe your's was the older system

Wa 100% dental and 100% prescription drugs.  These are pretty good.  I guess there may be a cap.  Also SS has a younger workforce and they won't take much benefit from these things.

i was paid $8.45 to start without experience/education
i think some of my other co-workers were paid in the range of $9-11 to start depending on education/experience
