what's the logic?
When you call in to ICBC, the operator is only there to record down your initial statement. The operator is not your adjuster and he is not in the position to make any decision. The operator doesn't care what the statement said. The adjuster "probably" only open the case after everyone reported. When you go see the adjuster, you will need to do another detail statement. The adjuster will be typing in front of you and then ask you to sign that one instead. Does the adjuster care about who call first? I really don't think so. |
