Try to cut down on deli meat, ham, bacon, pastrami, smoked beef, deli roasted turkey, deli chicken roll etc. they are packed with sodium and preservatives, causing heavy burden to your heart and kidney. Luncheon meat is not healthy at all, what you get is ground pork and tons of fillers and fat
few times a month should be OK.
Try to eat whole food, that's simple rule of thumb.
ham, sausage, canned food, "meat balls" and fish balls are all in the same category.
so as instant noodle, packaged cookies, chips and crackers.
It takes about the same time to cook instant noodle and regular noodle (3 min vs 5-6 min?) so that's a easy switch.
it's harder to avoid packaged crackers tho...
