There are plenty of books, archive articles still available in Hong Kong,
where the political views are more neutral.
And yes, the  so call  Long March  has little to boast. The participation in Korean
war was a big mistake. Mao lost his own son in Korea otherwise China would be
under Mao's Dynasty today, just like North Korea.
