It's not a lot of effort to mess with any organization as far as labour relations goes.  There are tons of lawyers out there who can help (and split the compensation at the end, instead of you paying up front).

ROE呢D 野應該出得好快先係架﹖我之前既經驗係不論唐人定鬼佬公司最多一個星期內攞齊ROE同reference letter。

anyway希望你快d 搵到份好工！

老實講, 起訴與否, 一來睇本人有無閒情逸致, 二來睇本人呢啖氣吞唔吞得落.

spoonek4: 你講得無錯, 本人以前曾辭職或者離職, 均不用等上 1 週, 只要 3 天就收到所有相關文件.

daimo: "廢柴" 集團唔係損人不利己, 佢絕對有可能係利己, 如果佢暪得過政府部門自己旗下公司原來不斷咁請人炒人, 佢地絕對有著數!!!  試想下請人返0黎, 用第二個 title 俾個新請返0黎0既人, 做同等同一樣0既工作, 舊人告唔到你公司, 新人唔過 3 個月試用期又可以省返晒呢各式福利, 就算做夠 1 年都係俾0左 9 個月 benefits 0者, 絕對有著數!!!

希望政府唔係盲0既, 將佢地反轉0黎查就最好不過, 到時大把好戲有得睇.
