Chesecase 101 already folded? I went there once a few months ago and want to give it a try but it was closed at 6:00 p.m. I was just about half hour late. Never go back again since I do not live in that area.

your students can make a better cheesecake than Cheesecake Etc.? LOL.... I really doubt it.

it is not up to you to praise yourself being better. it is the customers to say whether you are good.

I said my students, not myself......
About my students?  9 of them are culinary instructors, 4 pastry chefs at local hotels, plus a handful of Home Ec teachers, and 50+ restaurant owners/chefs
