This violates the privacy act, isn't it? so we can sue admin if he does that? ...

forget my previous comments, I think that letter looks very suspicious. Probably I shouldn't get so hot headed

this letter looks supicious!!
it didnt mention the formal name of the company that has 楊受成 be the boss

so I think admin should make sure that this letter is from the company that lead by 楊受成 but not a scam before doing anything

I have all their company info, contact phone number, fax number and name, email etc etc.
It is very easy for me to verify if this is a true letter or fake letter.

I just did not copy and paste those info to the web.

Yes, verified as I checked the email header and the email was sent from that company.
All related mail servers are from Emperor.

Also, as stated in the letter, we can see "上載有包含對楊受成博士之不實陳述和攻擊性的言論。"

I double check the post again and again and yes, the member used full name and those are 攻擊性的言論.

In the second reply post, another member already questioned the poster she/he will be get sued if using full name.

The third reply from the poster stating that he copied/forwarded this message from other website only.

even so, I think u should make sure they have right to ask u to provide the personal information of the poster to them. You know, we are in Canada. Not even the RCMP / international police can do that easily
