the kid pees into the gap, how does the pee harm your body? maybe smell? but the pee smell doesn't really existed like obstacles - (dont' know how to spell the word)(don't know if i spell right)
workers in MTR should be responsible for this....
workers are responsible the safety of the passengers
I meant, and as you said, people would help if they see something "might harm their bodies" such as seeing a guy pointing a knife at a gal to rob or something; but now peeing is not going to harm you (as you said), then why people don't stop it?
So, you think peeing into the gap (between the train cabin and the platform) but not really inside the train cabin is OK?
According to what you said, it's MTR staffs' responsibility for that situation, can I say it's cops' responsibility to stop crime, so regular citizens need not to do anything even they see crime thing happens?
For the MTR case, isn't it every single passenger's responsibility to keep the train cabin, and the platform, and the corresponding area clean? |
