can't remember the restaurant name(the one just opened around 6 months), but if you are driving from vancouver to richmond on oak bridge, you will see the big sign. it has private rooms, if your spend more than $500, they don't charge for the room.

i agree with the others...there seems to be something wrong with your budget....spend more on the ring laaa....ring will last but roses won't....i was once told that a typical engagement ring should be about 3 months salary lor...even at $8/hr would cost more than your budget...
as for restaurant suggestions, sorry, don't have one....
Shouldn't only focus on your proposal and wedding days, better think how much money you wanna left after married! (at least you two can survive for a reasonable period of time before saving up again)
