只要鄰近垃圾筒, 要食物有食物, 要衣服有衣服, 總之想要的, 人地都可以由垃圾筒找到~

so for Toppy, why bother to pay +$1,000 a month for things that he already had?

If you check MLS.CA and look for the same building, 5th floor, 750sqft is renting at $1350/month and 6th floor, 805sqft renting at $1500/month. I think 17th floor @ $1550/month is quite fair for a 6 years old building.

Just wondering how much $$$ you have to pay in HK for a 6 years young building @ 815 sqft?
