u need to pre-order the foods though, tel# is 604-321-6329, call and make reservation, they only serve like 5 tables a night?!
a few must try:
black pepper pig stomach soup
marinated duck and tofu
oyster cake
desert: deep fry taro

Yes, typical home-style menu, not necessary Chiu Chow noun, most Cantonese cooks can do it, even C9 in Hong Kong.
I lived at Choi Hung Estate in Hong Kong, 22 out of 40 households on the same floor were Chiu Chow-ese, and I dated some

I will never order oyster cake from a TW restaurant, it just waste of money, there's HUGE difference between TW and Chiu Chow style!
