Yes, they learn from them.
So you will be told to take two wks off during the games, in order not to go to down town area.
Schools will be closed also. People living in venue area are told not to drive because of the traffic restrictions.
They will get the same result which is nobody comes, hotels are empty, traffic have no ridership.

咁就要快啲去攪返個開幕式假煙花、細路女作假代唱、13歲選手扮 16歲、破壞溫哥華／Whistler 啲空氣質數（如果唔係就 match 唔到北京嘅空氣質數）、叫啲警務人員襲擊記者，同埋河蟹晒好似小弟呢啲唔全力支持冬奧嘅刁民啦～

早陣子很多女任被搶手袋，溫哥華警方勸吁女任們盡可能不帶手袋。真有異曲同工之妙。

我覺得係俾溫市開左個玩笑囉﹐呢D政府唔知係好幽默還是係好stupid。

不過我覺得skytrain站永遠係罪惡黑點﹐我都有少少R頭。以我所知﹐呢D範圍其實好多security camera﹐點解咁多人鍾意晌呢D地放落手? 早幾日向女乘客囉錢不遂一拳fung人果個中坑都俾人影到正一正啦。
