就係因為我識﹐先知買股票只係數字﹐唔係實物。有咩冬瓜豆腐股票可以變廢紙﹐有實物點都係實在D。有多餘錢去投資係extra﹐唔應該將生活基本所需犧牲去投資賺錢。

    另外個thread我都有提過，投資嘅＄應該係你認為蝕哂都無問題嘅先好去投。就算匯豐，都要供股啦。

Job hunting...luck is a factor too..

Note, if you really want to invest in yourself, you shouldn't think of yourself as an employee of a particular company.  Learn skills that can apply on many jobs in many companies.  For example, if you just know how to drive, then you are forced to be a driver only.  But if you know how to drive AND fix cars, then you have one more choice of being an auto mechanics.

Wow she was smart. Shaw tower condos, even at the downturn, was far from cheap. She probably made a substantial amount there.

我當然明你要invest in yourself﹐但係同買唔買樓無衝突。但係有D嘢你計唔到﹐你無左隻手﹐或者病一年做唔到嘢咁點? 講近D﹐你做果行有朝一日被徒汰﹐你又可以點? 人係會老﹐人係會病﹐人最多只可以為將來籌謀。若然你今日賺10萬洗10萬﹐你將來一定好痛苦......

Even if you don't buy a property, it doesn't mean you would have to spend all your earnings.  There are many alternative options.  You can buy 30 years treasury, for example.
