Pour gallons of water on the ground and sand and let it drip into people's mouths feet/km underneath? Your imagination really amazes us! And how many victims you think a well trained rescuer can save? Would a rescuer sacrifice himself/herself just to save one life? Obviously, you are not an expert and not even close to normal common sense.
