Even in Hong Kong, they need to transport food from other places. How much food does HK produce locally?

但香港D靚既BUFFET 要成幾百蚊港紙﹐即$70-80 加紙﹐呢種價錢的食物唔知呢邊有無市場呢﹖以前有家專賣高級食品的食店﹐後來又被火燒的﹐傳言係話咩有其他的不見光業務云云。。。可見真的乖乖地經營貴價食品未必生存得到﹐然乎﹖

Other Buffets till exist in Metro Vancouver...

Western Buffet: Except Uncle Willie, most are only for Sunday Brunch.  It is also quite expensive.

Indian Buffet: still quite a few exists but never tried it.

Japanese Buffet: Too many in Vancouver.

Hot Pot Buffet: Mainly in Richmond.

Korean BBQ Buffet: Went to two and both have few menu items.  I guess BBQ does not need too many menu items.

Malaysian Buffet: So far only one exists which is the one in Marine Drive.  Never tried it because my wife does not eat food cooked by Malaysian (she prefers Malaysian Chinese..)

我記得金鐘 Island Shang-ri la Cafe Too 嘅buffet 都係around ＄300 per person， 宜家有冇起價就唔知。好多野食架。講真，西式buffet （好似hotel vancouver）嗰啲都唔平，pan pacific 都要＄70 per person，一樣爆棚架。如果有啲好嘅質素，唔介意俾多少少＄嘅。
