What exactly you define Vancouver lifestyle?
Relaxing, quiet sleep, driving to the corner store, freedom of doing dope,
too much time to waste, complaining the government, collecting supermarket coupon,
skipping school, skiiing, hockey night..............????
very hard... e.g. how can you make me love ice hockey? no way...

I think it's much harder to adjust living in Van ... than adjusting mindset to live in HK...
Of course...I assume that you "came" from HK not born here...
But...if you want to 活得寫意, why move back? HK is known for fast pace life....
If you want relax...no point to move back...
I am not the kind of people who can fall asleep very easily...but still...when I was in HK, I can sleep with the construction noise, mini-bus passing by, police car passing by....to me...those noise even has 親切感... then when I come here... the dead silence even makes my ears feel weird...
