I guess it makes sense ..  for those who are 3X yr old, middle class, do care about HK, and not scare to GRANDPA .. they are not as blind as 80 after .. (or 90 after) and not as Stable/rich/lazy as 50 or 60 after ..

How many people did vote is one thing, WHO voted is another ..

If you are fighting for democracy, should you and 社民連 be the first to 尊重民意?

In my opinion, Hong Kong people did participate in the election and voted against them. 社民連 will proudly announce their victory if the voting rate reach 30%! The Hong Kong people caste their votes against them by not showing up to vote.

This tell them that there are things that are more important and critical to 普羅大眾 and 小市民. I believe every Hong Kong citizen supports the building of democracy. But they also make it very clear that they do not agree on this kind of extreme action and the timing for 雙普選 is not more critical than other issues such as 就業,貧富懸殊,香港競爭力。

You guys has said enough Hong Kong government So why didn’t you accuse they強姦民意 as well?

Can you recall the standard they set for its victory? You should be able to tell the reason why people didn't show up.

Didn’t they say they measure the success of this 公投 by 投票率? The more people come out to vote will mean they get more support and consent from Hong Kong people?

Isn’t it another way of saying – “if you support me, come out and vote; if you do not support me, don’t vote.”?

If I do not support them, why should cast my vote? I voted against them by not showing up to vote. Do I make myself clear?

Doh~ This clearly shows that you don't know shxt about the democratic process and the responsibility of a citizen.

In a democratic society, it is every citizens' responsibility to vote. You can choose to vote for or against a candidate or whatever political idea he represents, but if you choose to not vote at all, then you are simply abstaining, meaning that you choose not make a stand yourself, and will go along with whatever results that come out. If you are really voting against every candidate in the election, you go and cast an empty ballot (投白票).

When you don't know shxt about democracy and the democratic process, please STFU and don't spread your nonsense around la.
