根據狹義相對論, 當物體運動時, 內部所有一切既物理化學變化反應都會變慢, 即係時間膨脹.
所以, 當你越行得快, 你內在過既時間就會比外面既時間過得慢d, 即係你既時間會好用左.
假設你以光速既90% 行動, 你內部過左一年, 但出面既世界只係過左半年, 咁時間會好用左. (exactly 唔係呢個數, 我只係將呢個concept 盡量簡單化)

or "how many years i have lived" the thing is: if you can live. or experience. through the infinity of time (not suggesting anybody to do drugs) (time and space and light all crushed together into a really short period of time)(that has to do with your speed of thought) it's very similar to somebody having a dream about the experience of days. weeks. or months. and when he/she wakes up. it was probably about 10 minutes.
