Which restaurants do not have proper English menu?
All dim sum restaurants, HK styles cafe or wonton noodle houses that I have been to have detail English names in their menu.

A Caucasian walks into a Chinese mall and got discriminated against by a low life C9. If this makes some of the Caucasians to even bat an eye to the idea that they should retaliate by discriminating Chinese people in general, that just makes Caucaisians who think that way a low life.

I just despise of racial discrimination in general. But before pointing fingers at Caucassians, from day to day, I actually see more discriminations carried out by fellow Chinese people. I am especialy infuriated when I see fellow Chinese Canadians, especially younger ones who are educated in higiher education system in Canada, to make degardtory remarks against Caucasian Canadians. Inconspicuous comments like 'Canadians are more laid back, lazy, non-competitive' often run amok even in this very forum. Such stereotype ridiculous. Just that not every Canadian tries to rip each other off and not make a bubble out of every hot asset doesn't make every one of these people 'uncompetitve and lazy'. I have seen lazy Caucassian Canadians, but I've also seen plenty of lazy and useless Chinese, doesn't characterise either ethnicity in general either way.

well.. this C9 story is very one sided wor, most chinese will make every penny they can, no matter what skin colour the customer is. there may be some attitude problems, or some misunderstand happened b4 she said that.
some (not all) caucasian treat others (other than their own skin colour) as lower being.
I see a case myself not too long ago at a chinese food count, there was a caucasian family of 6 (parents & 4 kids), the father bought a $3.75 bowl of noodle from one of the vender, when he pick up the noodle, he ask "give me 6 pairs of chopsticks" (no "please" no "thanks"), the vender gave him one more pair, then he raise his voice with very rude  and demanding attitude "which part you don't understand? I said I need 6 pairs!!!" the vender was very 無耐 and gave him 6 pairs (still no "please" nor "thank you"), after he grab his 6 pairs, he still 超住 the vender with his mouth moving (saying something but i couldnt hear) while walking back to his table, and then with a big smile to his family "got you guys souvenirs"....
I mean, how much the vender is making out of that $3.75 noodle?? had he ever consider that??
and imagine what he will tell his friends and families about his experience in a chinese mall food court!
"chinese dont understand english"?
"being ignore by chinese vender"??
"chinese so cheap that wouldnt give out their cheap chopsticks"???

NO NO NO, GO GO GO。

The is no way that people will drive away potential customers.

1) You should go to that shop in Parker Place, and try to talk those people there and find out why they did that.

2) Then come back here and report to us what happened at Parker Place. We need to do something about this to improve ourselves.

Richmond is not a good place for new immigrant to start reside in. It just like a cage (way too many Chinese). It won't help them accustom to real Canadian way of living.

1) If Parker C9 don't speak English, but you can speak Chinese to them. You should ask that store, did they really told their customers to go away.

2) Please report back here what happened.
