well.. this C9 story is very one sided wor, most chinese will make every penny they can, no matter what skin colour the customer is. there may be some attitude problems, or some misunderstand happened b4 she said that.
some (not all) caucasian treat others (other than their own skin colour) as lower being.
I see a case myself not too long ago at a chinese food count, there was a caucasian family of 6 (parents & 4 kids), the father bought a $3.75 bowl of noodle from one of the vender, when he pick up the noodle, he ask "give me 6 pairs of chopsticks" (no "please" no "thanks"), the vender gave him one more pair, then he raise his voice with very rude and demanding attitude "which part you don't understand? I said I need 6 pairs!!!" the vender was very 無耐 and gave him 6 pairs (still no "please" nor "thank you"), after he grab his 6 pairs, he still 超住 the vender with his mouth moving (saying something but i couldnt hear) while walking back to his table, and then with a big smile to his family "got you guys souvenirs"....
I mean, how much the vender is making out of that $3.75 noodle?? had he ever consider that??
and imagine what he will tell his friends and families about his experience in a chinese mall food court!
"chinese dont understand english"?
"being ignore by chinese vender"??
"chinese so cheap that wouldnt give out their cheap chopsticks"??? |
