Totally agree with Kitty and fibbi. Yeah I love to cook too!
Weekday is mostly simple things. Weekend I like to do roasting or stew that takes longer.
It's better to eat home cook food. At least you know what you put in the dish.
Nice if the other person said thanks. But even if not, still a tasty meal for myself.

Not everything is based on money and earning power.

Made southern smothered turkey wings tonight.  extra gravy for tomorrow.

其實邊個煮無所謂,最重要係有無用心去煮,另一方面,食者有無用心去食!
欣賞係入廚的推動力,一句"好味",一聲"多謝",就能令對方不嫌辛苦再煮下去!
反之,食完無反應,幾無癮! 再入廚, no way!

外賣我覺得真係原兇。煮餐飯又洗又切又煮﹐到頭來仲要睇屋企個老闆面色﹐唔好食倒o左又好浪費﹐但係又無人食要自己1個食晒。出去食/買外賣大家都開心﹐何必搞咁多野呢。

luckily that seldom happen... well I usually eat all the left over when "Mr. boss" gets tired of it. "Mr. boss" doesn't like left overs... or his excuse: "I didn't know that there is left over. I didn't open the fridge" BUT instead he ate a whole bag of chips for "lunch" instead.

煮埋仲要睇面色?啲mr boss會唔會過份咗啲。。。
當然,我自己都要過得自己嗰關先得。啲嘢食要起碼自己食得落嘅。
至於left over,晚晚都有啦,唔係聽日嗰餐lunch就無着落啦。
