去過八百伴的代理，但兩日都無demo，呢過產品的website 又唔係好詳盡，請問仲有無其他retailer 有demo ？ 講真，如果有用的話，我真係可以馬上cut廢柴! 佢地真係唔掂。
但正如飛哥話齋，供應商賣斷左俾我，以後再無從客戶端的收入，如果直播的server 因各種原因，停止運作，豈不是得番過吉盒？依家上一些大陸電視網站，話就話好多香港電視台的直播，但經常不運作，又或者等餐死都無畫面，唔知係咪海外ip的問題
請指教。

TVPad is one of the most established player and they operate their own servers, so it will not be the same as the other crappy video hosting site.

As for demo, call the number on the 2nd post and ask.

Yes, TVPad should work for it.  It has Live stream AND an alternate 12-hr delay stream.

I think the bandwidth is not that high, I can't imagine it'll run into problem with bandwidth cap.

數據會唔會佔用好大。老實講，係800伴睇demo超快(完全唔駛等，好似睇緊CABLE電視)，但係我屋企係用telus (因為某原因，High-speed只能用最低果隻)，揀台及下載時唔會即襟即睇，要等幾秒或者有時襟完後無反應(要等一陣)先得，但係接駁到數據後，就無窒，非常流暢。我好滿意。

我未買前已CUT左中文電視，買左部機後，覺得值得，雖然部機係依靠供應商的平台睇，如果LINK無左，部機就係廢，但係諗下呢部機可以俾自己有唔同的CHOICE睇節目，仲係最新的，就算玩幾年，計番條數都係值的 (個人意見)。唯一唔好的係部機放係房度睇，廳的電視就無用，唔知可唔可以用MEDIA PLAYER的方法駁其他電視? (因為我BLACK FRIDAY會去美國，如果可以的話，就好啦)

If retrieve the tv drama from the laptop to another TV, do I need to turn my laptop on (sorry, if it sounds a silly quest )? Is it complicated for the setting?  My hubby is not good at such things

yes, you will need to turn on your laptop while watching.  Your laptop is running as a media server (or file server) to stream your video out.  I'm using the PBO media player and it was okay easy to setup (took me couple google serach, but many helps on diff forums).
