This whole sentence is laughable to the max.

I'd say if you are mentally ill or deaf, get help. Not get drugs, and definately not get a free home on the west-end.

How about all tax paying citizens live in Abbortsford, and leave Vancouver to be all mental ill and drug addicts? Bill footed by tax payers of course.
